Your nesting

fiTLoop arranges your cut pieces (DXF files) on the sheets you define, respecting margins and spacing, so you use less material.

On this screen

  1. Add your sheets: width, height, and how many you have of each size. Leave quantity blank for unlimited sheets of that size.
  2. Adjust piece spacing and sheet edge margin under “Nesting parameters”.
  3. Upload your DXF files and pick the cut layer (primary) and auxiliary layers (engraving, marks…).
  4. Click “Start nesting” to run nesting and see the result.

Nesting parameters

Minimum separation between piece outlines on the same sheet. Default 0 mm.

Minimum distance from piece outlines to the sheet edge. Default 5 mm.
